Hey guys. I haven't blogged in a while but there's a very good reason for that. (This time, it's not just my new son) I've been expanding my business and I just started writing an Ebook.

This would be my first eBook so I could use some help. I've taken questions that you've asked and am using that as the content that I need to include in the book.

I'm going to have a Good Faith Estimate Template with a layman-terms breakdown of every single fee so you can see where your money is going.

I'll also take you through the steps of the mortgage process so you know what to expect.
